What is the shipping time of my order?
Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be shipped the same or next business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be shipped within 2-3 business days.
Once your order is ready, we'll deliver it to the appropriate carrier. For the Netherlands, this is DHL. For Belgium, Italy, Sweden, and Spain, this is PostNL. For Germany, France, Denmark, Luxembourg, and Austria, this is DPD. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email, and from that moment on, you can track your order with a track and trace code.
Can I track my order?
All orders are shipped with a track and trace code. You can find this track and trace code in the confirmation email you receive after your order has been shipped.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Since we start processing your order immediately, it's not always possible to change or cancel it. If you'd like to change or cancel your order, please send an email to info@ByBcm.nl or a message via the contact form . If your order has already been processed, it's no longer possible to change or cancel it. You can, however, return your order. More information about returning an order can be found on the returns page.
Do I have a warranty on my jewelry?
We offer an 8-week warranty on all our jewelry. If anything is wrong with your jewelry within this period, please contact us at info@bybcm.nl. We're ready to work with you to resolve the issue.
If you want to make use of the warranty, please always include a clear photo so we can properly assess the problem.
Jewelry made of stainless steel comes with an extended 6-month warranty against discoloration . This way, you're assured of the quality you expect from us for even longer.
Is there a problem outside the warranty period? You can always contact our customer service . We're happy to work with you to find a suitable solution.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Italy, Sweden, Denmark, Luxembourg, Spain and Austria.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs will be charged to the buyer. These are:
- Netherlands: €2.95. Free shipping on orders over €45.
- Belgium, Germany, France, Denmark, Luxembourg, and Austria: €6. Free shipping on orders over €60.
- Italy, Sweden, and Spain: €6.50. Free shipping on orders over €65.
I haven't received a refund yet. What now?
If you haven't received your refund yet, please wait a little while. It takes time to process the refund. You can also contact your credit card issuer or bank.

Please include your name and order number in your comment or email. This way we can identify the problem as quickly as possible.
Can I exchange my order?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange items for a different size or another item.
If you'd like a different size or item, we recommend returning your purchase. If your return meets our return policy, we'll refund your purchase price. You can place a new order for the item you want.
