Returns and Refund Policy
Do you want to return one or more of your items?
Items can be returned at your own expense within 14 days. These costs are:
- For the Netherlands: €2.95
- For Belgium, Germany, France, Denmark, Luxembourg and Austria: €6.00
- For Italy, Sweden and Spain: €6.50
The return period begins on the day you receive your order. You can return the item in its original packaging or in a bubble mailer of your own choosing. For hygiene reasons, worn items cannot be returned. Damaged items will also not be accepted.
You can start the returns process by logging in with your email address and requesting the return through your account page. You'll receive a return label in your email, which you can use to submit the package to the relevant delivery service. After receiving the return label, you have 14 days to return the item.
After receiving and inspecting your returned items, you'll receive an email confirmation of receipt and approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
